What is it?

Property Management is a service Florida Property Homes provides to landlords and property owners for managing daily operations of rental properties on their behalf. Note, managing your own property can be challenging to a novice entrepreneur.

Why you need them?

If you are landlord/owner that resides far from your properties or too busy to manage your investments, it is very helpful to hire a property mananger to act on your behalf and maintain your property value and safety.

What do they do?

Among the list of duties: the manager will take care of the property, list, advertise, show, screen tenants, lease units, handle complaints, create budgets, pay taxes, provide monthly reports, sustain real estate laws, collect deposits and monthly rents.

Who can be serviced?

All residential, commercial or industrial properties, including: apartments, condominiums, land, office buildings, medical facilities and shopping centers that are currently leased or to be leased.

What will it cost?
