Welcome to my Biography Page!  My position as Broker/Owner is to assure that my staff is competent and courteous to everyone, to follow all Real Estate Laws and Regulations, to share current market information, to provide professional Real Estate Services, and especially to be accountable for helping clients buy the right home and sell at the right price.

For 8 years I was working at a local Orlando Hospital as an auditor in the Accounts Payable department. I helped clients, business associates and patients. I also enjoyed working with numbers. To me, that experience and time was where I learned valuable practical knowledge based on my degree in Business obtained in 1991. Then I realized I wanted to grow personally by using my people and business skills to benefit others fulfill their dreams. I knew from experience the joys of homeownership and excitement in the Real Estate Market. What better way for me to reach my goals and passion by helping people in Real Estate? In 1995, I studied and passed the Florida exam and became a licensed Real Estate Agent. 

In 1998, I passed the Florida Real Estate Broker exam and in November of the same year I founded Tropical Homes Real Estate, Inc., which as of 2012, is doing business as Florida Property Homes.  I truly enjoy meeting people, getting to know their needs, and assist them in all types of real estate transactions. The one thing that I most enjoy is seeing the beaming smiles on my clients' faces when they have reached the end of their Real Estate purchase journey, sitting at the Closing table and finalizing their transaction. This is an event that is so special to most of my clients and that's why I know that I have chosen the right profession.

Being part of national organizations is vital to overall success. Being a licensed Realtor® gives me access to many benefits, educational materials, business tools and real estate market data that contribute to our clients' success. That is why I am proud to be a member of the following respected Real Estate associations: In 1996, I first became a Member of the Greater Orlando Association of Realtors (GOAR), the National Association Realtors® and the Florida Realtors®;  since 1998, I have been a member of the Osceola County Association of Realtors® (OSCAR). As a member of the Multiple Listing Service® (MLS), our brokerage team and clients have access to a powerful tool that gives us the ability to search and list homes throughout the state of Florida.
